A callout covers up to 1 hour on the first visit. Follow up visits addressing the same issue or an additional issue that has been found on the first visit are to be charged at the standard hourly rate. Alternatively you may be provided with a fixed price quote. All works and quotes are provided in good faith and are subject to our standard T and C’s which can be viewed on our website. Quotes provided are a fixed price for a fixed amount of work.
Should further repairs be necessary following a callout, where possible, we will provide a verbal or written estimate/quote as applicable.
Prices for works outside of the above areas are available upon request.

Costings above are for reference purposes only and are at the sole discretion of E&W PLUMBING & HEATING LTD.
Full payment is required within 7 days of the date of invoice unless agreed in writing prior to work taking place.
