Richard Gross

Managing Director

Richard founded E&W Plumbing and Heating Ltd back in 2011 after a number of years working for firms like British Gas and local businesses. He now runs the business from his desk in Didcot and frequently visits customers.

Corinne

Service Manager

Corinne has been in the industry over a decade, specialising in heating and boiler breakdowns. She previously worked for Worcester Bosch. Corinne runs the office booking client appointments and provides technical advice to both the engineers on site and to our valued customers.

Lizzy

Office Manager & Company Secretary

Lizzy is back after the birth of her and Richard’s second son for a few days every week. She takes care of accounts and day to day tasks alongside Charlotte.

Charlotte

Office Manager

If you phone our office, it’s likely to be Charlotte who you will speak to. She takes care of all the day to day tasks as well as booking routine services and gas inspections.

Bradley

Plumbing & heating engineer

Bradley is hybrid between the office and out on site. He works alongside Corinne and is a wealth of knowledge for our engineer and customers

Sebastian

Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Seb is an experienced plumber who is also qualified to work on oil. Seb deals mainly with servicing and reactive maintenance and completes high volumes of effective repairs on a daily basis.

Simon

Plumbing & heating engineer

Simon is an experienced plumbing and heating engineer who undertakes all aspects of plumbing and heating. Simon is qualified to work on gas, oil and LPG.
