A little bit about us:

We are a family run business that has been continually growing for more than 10 years through offering an unrivalled level of service and high standards of work. Started by Richard in 2011, E and W Plumbing and Heating has grown year on year and currently employs 13 full time staff. We are now one of the largest independent plumbing and heating companies in Oxfordshire with a wealth of knowledge about all things plumbing and heating related.

We offer a professional service at an affordable price. All quotes provided are extremely detailed and work is carried out to a consistently high standard. As an independent company, we do not have huge advertising budgets or insurance-based contracts. We rely solely on having happy staff and satisfied customers to ensure the business runs smoothly.

If you choose to use us for your plumbing and heating requirements you will also receive exclusive access to our out of hours service that runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is only available to our valued existing clients and our typical response time to an out of hours emergency is less than 4 hours (often much quicker if the situation dictates).

Richard founded E&W Plumbing and Heating Ltd back in 2011 after a number of years working for firms like British Gas and local businesses. He now runs the business from his desk in Didcot and frequently visits customers.

Service Manager

Corinne has been in the industry over a decade, specialising in heating and boiler breakdowns. She previously worked for Worcester Bosch. Corinne runs the office booking client appointments and provides technical advice to both the engineers on site and to our valued customers.

Lizzy

Office Manager & Company Secretary

Richards partner Lizzy takes care of all the day to day tasks as well as booking routine services and gas inspections. Alongside looking after their son Noah of course!
